Tell us a bit about yourself.

A wanderer at heart, art keeps me grounded and enriched. Having traveled the world extensively, my love for colors and simple pleasures was a true calling from the other side of the corporate world. I quit my IT Management job and made a move back home from Australia.

I’m a self-taught artist with a teacher’s Certification in Zentangle and oil is my other favorite medium. Oh, I throw clay when I need to unwind and take a break from my pens & paints. A true Coimbatorean , I still travel and learn but always find my way back to my roots.

What inspired you to start your business?

Creating art has helped me turn my life around and be conscious of being that we are gifted with. And so, I started to teach Zentangle that helped people explore, and be mindful of their ways of life and their surroundings.

Art, in my opinion, has the power to wake up people from a creative inertia. And most of all, I certainly believe that this world needs more artwork on its wall.

‘The Inside Job’ was started by a friend and I to provide “Curated Zenful Experiences”.  Apart from art, we also conduct Yoga workshops. (Hatha + Vinyasa)

Tell us about your workspace.

The world is a canvas in its true sense!  Although I have a private, not to mention a cozy and colorful studio space in Coimbatore, I work from anywhere and everywhere, right from a quaint little cafe in Salzburg to the mountains of Nilgiris.

What are you displaying at By Hand From The Heart.

The theme is ” Karuppu Vellai ” – Tamil for Black & White.

My drawings are primarily in black and white following the traditional ritual of the Zentangle art form, with a touch of mixed media & color.  I have used simple Zentangle patterns and shading methods for an intricate visual feast.
